Our sustainability policy



We started by making a compost by recovering all vegetable and non-meat waste.

This approach led us to create a vegetable garden to have products "" from the garden to the plate "" particularly fresh herbs, salads and tomatoes.

For food products purchased on the market, we try as far as possible to choose the shortest circuits.

As for the house, we favor LED bulbs, and to combat the summer heat, prefer to favor darkness and fans rather than air conditioning.
